Shipping policy

At Zeroharm Sciences, we want your experience to be smooth and reliable from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Dispatch (Order Handling)

  • We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Our order cutoff is 1:00pm UK time. Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday or UK public holiday, are treated as received on the next working day.

  • Express: orders received by 1:00pm are dispatched the same working day.

  • Standard: orders received by 1:00pm are dispatched by the next working day. Orders received after 1:00pm are dispatched within 2 working days.

UK Delivery

Delivery time is counted from dispatch, so your total time to delivery is the dispatch time above plus Royal Mail's delivery time below.

  • Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Royal Mail aims to deliver 1 working day after dispatch. £7 for orders under £15; £4 for orders of £15 or more.

  • Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Royal Mail aims to deliver 2–3 working days after dispatch. £3 for orders under £15; free for orders of £15 or more.

  • For example, a Standard order placed at 10am on Monday is dispatched by Tuesday, and Royal Mail aims to deliver it on Thursday or Friday. An Express order placed at 10am on Monday is dispatched the same day, and Royal Mail aims to deliver it on Tuesday.

  • Royal Mail delivery times are Royal Mail's targets and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to all international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically take 5–20 working days.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If you have not received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@zeroharmsciences.uk.

Delays

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as courier delays, customs checks, or adverse weather may affect shipping times.

  • We will always keep you updated in case of any significant delay.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
