Shipping policy

At Zeroharm Sciences, we want your experience to be smooth and reliable from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed the following working day.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £3 or free on orders over £15.

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £7 for orders below £15 and £4 for orders over £15.

  • Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. 

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to all international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically take 5–20 working days.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@zeroharmsciences.uk.

Delays

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as courier delays, customs checks, or adverse weather may affect shipping times.

  • We will always keep you updated in case of any significant delay.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
